For the ugly man, why did you choose to draw an ugly man, what does ugly mean to you, is it only skin deep? For the October 31, 1978, I think its interesting to remember what might have happend on that day? Have you researched what happened in that day on history, there are sites that can tell you what happend that day. However, maybe the artist is wanting the viewer (you) to think about what might have happend that day? For me, I was 2 years old and it was Halloween, don't remember though if my parents dressed me up but I lived in Puerto Rico at the time. If you could choose a date to remember, which one would you pick.
